Since then, he has grown into a trusted, detail-driven agent with over 11 years of experience and licenses in both Maryland and Florida — a path inspired by his love of travel, warm places, and connecting with people.

Artur holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an Associate Degree in Hospitality Administration from Tomsk Polytechnic University in Russia. His strong academic background, combined with professional experience in retail, hospitality, and customer service, has shaped his refined, high-end approach to real estate.
